I used new horizon a few times to camp between enderby and Mable lake and they have gone above and beyond every time to ensure a quality vacation with their units.

From start to finish Jon & Amanda get a more than 5 star rating.  From my last minute date & trailer change to the end when they picked up my trailer! New Horizons was a great experience for us. Their customer service is awesome.. it was great to be able to pull into our campsite and unwind while they set everything up.  Our family would definitely rent from theses folks again. Very reasonably prices units are great selection to choose from.

If we could give 10 stars we would but Google only allows 5 ! Recently had a family reunion at Shylyn Ranch. Our RV rental was set up and ready to go. The CO2 sensor decided to go off and Jon was out right away to help troubleshoot (our fault of course, genny was too close to trailer) The whole rental process was seamless and the price was right and our whole family including the dog had a great time. Jon was a pleasure to deal with, and was communicative throughout the delivery and pick up process. The trailer was clean and exactly as described. I plan to rent from Jon again in the future.
