New Horizon RV Rentals
A reservation deposit of $500.00 is required. Up to $350.00 is refundable if cancellation occurs six weeks or more before the beginning of the rental period.
No refunds if cancelled less than six weeks prior to this date.
Non-refundable rental to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. (There may be exceptions in extenuating circumstances)
A Damage Protection Insurance Cost of $60 will be charged to your account, two weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. Personal contents are not covered by this insurance.
A minimum of $ 150.00 will be charged if the unit is not cleaned.
A $250.00 cleaning charge will apply if contaminated by animals or smoking.
The unit must be vacated by 11:00 am at the end of the rental period.
No refunds if vacated early.
High season rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
The boat ramp and adjacent dock is a shared facility.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS INSIDE THE CABIN (exceptions may apply)
